Arrey Obenson is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Transformunity, a consulting firm that harnesses opportunities of corporations and organizations to transform the world. Arrey actively engages actors from all sectors of society—businesses, governments and civil society—to identify their opportunities and develop strategies to achieve growth. A visionary leader, Arrey is a world-class facilitator who has inspired and engaged audiences of 50 to 5,000 in nearly 100 countries.
Prior to founding Transformunity, Arrey served as Secretary General of JCI, a global network of 150,000 young active citizens in more than 100 countries. In this capacity, he led the implementation of the organization’s overall strategy and supervised a team to advance the mission of the organization and empower young people to create positive change. For 17 years, Arrey led the organization at various levels, including Director for Africa and the Middle East, Executive Director and Deputy Secretary General.
Arrey is a barrister of law and member of the Cameroon Bar Association. He holds a Master of Law degree from Washington University in Saint Louis, United States.
Nisaa Jetha is a leading global impact advisor and currently a Director at a United Nations Inter-Governmental Organization, Be Earth, which has 12 binding international treatises with governments.
Among multiple campaigns, Nisaa launched an energy governance group in the UK Parliament hosted by the Under-Secretary of State for International Development. The work prompted her selection alongside 150 world leaders to attend the inauguration of the UN-backed Sustainable Development Goals. Instrumental in curating a focus event on climate change at COP21 and speaking in the UK Parliament on increasing female representation in politics and international governance, Nisaa was also selected by the United Nations’ UN Women group to curate one of the 92Y Genius Panels in conjunction with MSNBC on Google Campus and to represent the UK at the UN.
Nisaa was nominated by the United State of Women Summit hosted by The White House and part of 100women@Davos. She is a qualified solicitor of England & Wales and holds degrees from McGill University, University of London, and post-graduate qualifications from University of Nottingham, and The Harvard Kennedy School.
Christie Albrecht is a high-level negotiator and strategist with 10+ years of management and executive experience leading multilateral and multisectoral partnerships and collaborations for a global organization, and devising and implementing global strategy and organizational design.
As the main partnership lead for JCI, a global youth organization, for five years, Christie was responsible for negotiating and implementing partnerships with global power players like Global Citizen, the UN SDG Action Campaign, the UN Foundation, the International Chamber of Commerce, One Young World, the Kofi Annan Foundation and AIESEC, She served as an inaugural member of the UN SDG Strategy Hub alongside 20 hand-picked organizations and UN agencies to drive progress on the SDGs, including leading the youth action stream with a collective reach of 13 organizations and 100 million young people.
As Chief Strategy Officer, Christie oversaw the development and implementation of the organization's five-year strategic plan, managed the restructuring of the headquarters team, and was responsible for reporting back to the global board on progress. Christie holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Washington University in St. Louis.
